The 2026 season drew more than 1,600 birds from over 250 fanciers. For 2027 the winner of the final takes R500,000, with prizes too for the ace pigeon, sprint ace and hot spots.
Official results and timings come from Benzing, and Marlbank has its own arrival estimate tracker and app so fanciers can follow their birds on race day.
